No contact information will be provided for those that are still living. This is purely for historical reference.
Currently there is only 1 District that covers the State of Nebraska. For a while, the term State Master and District Master were used interchangeably. Originally, most districts mapped directly to individual states. When larger states (e.g. California) were split into multiple districts, the title of District Master became the standard.
