Star Council / Report Tracking
The Star Council Tracker and Report Talley are in Microsoft Excel format. If you do not have Microsoft Excel, you can use one of these free alternatives
The Star Tracker Report is updated at the beginning of each month (or shortly there after). These reports come from the Supreme Office and are not updated or edited by the State Council. The Month represented on the button above is the month that the report come out in (i.e. August would mean the report came out August 1). Any activity that occurs during the month will not be available until the next updated Start Tracker is released.
The Council Awards Progress Report is updated each Friday and has a more "real time" accounting of reports and membership as we draw closer to the end of the Fraternal Year.
This report works in a similar fashion to the Star Council Report and ICC Report. Councils can select or type in their council at the top of the report and the information will be provided as to the current status of reports.
If a council has submitted a report on Wednesday or Thursday, there is a chance that it will not show up on the Friday report but will be available on the following Friday.
Councils that have submitted their SP-7 will also be able to see if the report has been Approved or Denied by the Supreme Council. If the report was denied, there is still time to submit an updated report before June 30.

PLEASE NOTE: As the end of the Fraternal Year comes, there will still be a lot of last minute tracking that the Supreme Office does. This report, however, will not be updated after this time (June 29, 2024) for the 2023-2024 Fraternal Year. If there is a discrepancy that you need us to look into, please reach out as soon as possible so that we can get it taken care of.
